If you can get your hand on this leaves "Ewe Lapa Lapa ( Botuje / Iyalode ) Funfun"
Just plug some couple of leaves, rinse it thoroughly and get "Omidun"
(Ferimented water on the soaked maize) pour it together with the leaves
and squeeze the juice out..
Drink it in the morning before meals and night after meal
